Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 July 2026
1. Services
VVS provides a vehicle sourcing, inspection, negotiation, and delivery concierge service. We act as your agent in identifying and facilitating the acquisition of vehicles on your behalf. We do not take ownership of vehicles at any point; all purchases are made by and titled to you, the client.
2. Fees
Our sourcing fee is 3% of the final negotiated purchase price of any vehicle you proceed with. An optional inspection service is available, with fees ranging from £450 to £1,000 per vehicle depending on the vehicle, location and specialist required. Subscription packages - AutoMarketTrends, Sourcing Single, and Sourcing Pro - are charged as displayed at the point of selection. All fees are transparent and disclosed before any commitment.
3. No Guarantee
While we use our expertise and network to find vehicles matching your criteria, we do not guarantee that a suitable vehicle will be found within a specific timeframe, nor that any candidate will meet all requirements. Market availability is beyond our control.
4. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate requirements, for all funding and finance arrangements, for verifying the accuracy of information we provide, and for making the final decision to proceed with any vehicle. We facilitate; you decide.
5. Payment
Subscription fees are payable on selection. Sourcing and inspection fees are invoiced upon agreement to proceed with a vehicle and are due before handover. Import duties and local taxes are the responsibility of the client.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a request at any time before a vehicle has been purchased. Fees for services already rendered (inspection, sourcing time) remain payable. Subscription fees are non-refundable but may be cancelled for future billing periods.
7. Liability
VVS acts as a facilitator and is not liable for the condition, provenance, or value of any vehicle. We recommend independent legal and financial advice for any purchase. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
