We share your details with dealers, inspectors, finance brokers, and logistics providers only as necessary to deliver the service, and only with your consent for each transaction. We never share data with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Data Security
All data is stored securely with access restricted to authorised personnel. Documents uploaded to the platform are private to you and the VVS team.
5. Your Rights
You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. Contact us via your portal or the contact details provided. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for the duration of your relationship with VVS and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted.
